"Altering The Way You View The World Of Art"
Type of Object:
    Bedu Sculpture

This bronze Bedu is used to teach the young boys of the
bush school about the cycles of life. When animals are seen
grazing, it means the crops have been bountiful.

The Bedu is a mythological animal that combines the traits
of the bush cow and antelope. The birds on the horns and
tail symbolize the interdependence between different forms
of life in the bush including man.
